Roma at Three Rivers

Activities & Programming > Roma à Trois-Rivières

Special programming celebrating Acadie 300 PEI will take place on Wednesdays.

This historic site brings to life the story of Jean Pierre Roma, the French merchant who established an international trading post at Trois Rivières in 1732. Today, Roma’s time is given life through lively interactive programs. The history buff who wants to explore independently can follow 9 km of forested trails along the Brudenell and Montague Rivers, complete with interpretive signs along the 1 km-long Heritage Trail portion. Artefacts unearthed in 1970 are also on display in the Heritage building.

Hours of Operation

Open daily from July to September with programming that includes musical lunches, artisan demos, hands-on activities, herb picking in the garden, toy making and much more. Please visit their website for more info.

La programmation quotidienne comprend des repas musicaux, des démonstrations d’artisans, des activités pratiques, la cueillette d’herbes au jardin, la fabrication de jouets et plus encore. Special programming celebrating Acadie 300 PEI will take place on Wednesdays.
